Alina is a Behavioural Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Counselling Skills and an MSc in Health Psychology. She has 2 years’ experience supporting adults with anxiety, low mood, stress and burnout, procrastination/time management, health behaviour change, and adjustment to life changes.
Her primary approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)—a structured, evidence-based model that links thoughts, feelings and behaviours. She also integrates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to build on strengths and agree practical next steps.
Sessions are warm, collaborative and clearly structured. From the start, you’ll set goals together, learn coping strategies you can use between sessions, and work towards steady, lasting improvements in wellbeing. Alina currently offers remote sessions only, making therapy flexible and accessible wherever you are.

£50 per session (45–50 minutes)
